Operations Management Responsibilities 1) Assist in the planning and execution of operational activities to ensure smooth workflow. 2) Support administrative tasks, including scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination between departments. 3) Monitor and analyse daily operations to identify areas for improvement. 4) Assist in maintaining compliance with company processes and standards.
